      The erstwhile CEO of Capital Oil Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah says he can restore the naira to 200 per dollar. He said this during an interview with channels television Lagos.

   Only time will tell whether or not Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah is the saviour of the Naira, or just a mere coincidence that the Naira appreciated after his statements. Lol!
