Bundled out of flight! Over-weight and its HARSH realities!

Image result for passenger removed from flight due to overweight

A  man weighing 175 pounds says he was forcibly removed from a flight because he weighed too much.
Illinois dentist Dan Nykaza was preparing for takeoff on an American Airlines Envoy regional flight departing from O'Hare to Salt Lake City when he and another passenger were booted from the aircraft to reduce the weight, reports ABC7 Chicago.
Nykaza said he was buckled in and had been on the plane about 20-30 minutes when he was approached by a flight attendant who told him he needed to get off.
"And I'm like 'Why?" Because there was too much weight on the plane and nobody would take the voucher they were offering. So they chose two people, me being one of them.”
This is the second time in three months, I am receiving a report of passengers  being asked to leave the plane due to over-weight. My question is this:

If “Fat Loss” is so simple, then why is everyone still fat?

Recent studies show that 95% of dieters regain the weight they lost and more often than not end up heavier than when they started. What do the 5% who lose weight and keep it off know that the others don’t?

A whole lot of people have not discovered the power of excercise. NOT the normal going to the gym maybe three times a day and working out for three to four hours. NO! weight loss is all about CONSISTENCY in doing the LITTLE  things you need to do OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.

What do I mean? Its not the hours you spend in the gym once or twice a week, but the little 10mins jog every single day for the next two years. That is it. If you have any other way that has walked for you, do comment on this write-up.
